-Report by 4.00pm (tentatively Mon & Wed)
Saturday
-Report by 8.45am*.
Sunday
-Report by 7.45am.
**There will be evening paddling & gym on Mondays and Wednesdays

Juniors are encouraged to attend water trainings besides the core trainings days allocated (i.e. Tuesday and Thursday) as Coach will be around to guide.
