Hi All,
The RUKR have come to an end, and i'm sure all of you had a fruitful experience from the 22km marathon race, Now We look forward to the upcoming major competition in 15 days time, the POL-ITE race. An Important Race for all the everyone from the Kayaking teams from the 5 Polytechnics and a milestone in life for the year 3s.

-For those who did not turn up on thursday's circuit , please be informed about the details of the time trial.

Time Trial Format for Seniors would be ,
K1 500m ( 1 set) , K2 500m ( 1 set )[ Applies for those who have Rowing Partners]

For The Juniors, It'll be
T1 500m ( 1 set ), T2 500m ( 1 set ) [ Applies for those who have Rowing partners]

It'll be a time trial to gauge where we stand, and how good are our timings. So do put up a good fight against each other ! (:

Not forgetting Willy, who'll be taking part in the SEAgames Time Trials at 2pm. All the best to him & do stay & Support him if possible !
