As you all already have a rough idea of what distances you guys are going to paddle for, start working on your race plans . Including those on Team Boats. Further Details eg K4 event will be briefed on the upcoming Team Talk.

*Team Talk For Sprint Team Will be on next tuesday's gym , Time 4.30pm sharp @ Clubhouse.
Do take note that Attendance is compulsory for all guys and girls in the Canoe Sprinting side.
