2009 FRESHMEN ORIENTATION CAMP

This year's FO camp would be from 15th-17th May(Friday-Sunday) So mark your calenders now and make yourself free on those days! When everything is confirmed and finalised the schedule and further detailed instructions would be dispatched to everyone. Please be patient!

Here's the list of ex-co members for this year's FO camp! I hope everyone's happy with it. Each committee would have 2 sprint and 2 polo so please work well with each other okay! If there's any violent and valid objections, just let me know. Hehe i'm excited to name the GLs :D

Okay most, if not all, the year 2s have a post. Year 3s and if need be, alumnis would be the station masters for the game! We'll use all our human resources before approaching the alumnis anyway, so don't worry! Here's the responsibility of the different sections.

Logistics IC would be responsible for the food(breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper) Your committee members should meet and have a plan for this 3D2N camp and submit the proposal to me. Please make sure the food is edible and not too expensive! :D

Games IC would, obviously, be in charge of games! We have a tentative plan right now, but if you all can come up with an even more exciting game, let me know! Be creative and feel free to sabo the campers. But make sure it's nothing that might endanger them or cause them to fall ill. Safety first!

GLs will assist me in other preparations. Like shirt designs and such.


I will email everyone what you have to do, hopefully by tonight. If not, latest Friday night. Do meet up with your team to discuss and submit the proposal to me by Tuesday. You can always suggest stuff even if you're not in that comm okay! Especially the games comm cause it's pretty heavy planning :D Have fun planning!
