1. camp date has been confirmed to be 15-17 May. venue to be confirmed. either multi-purpose hall above SAA or SB rooms(i know, i pray not!)
2. schedule will be printed and passed to the pres, capts and vice capts first
3. instructions will be handed to games IC and station masters on thursday
4. order list for shirts will be passed around also. i hope we can get sample sizes. if not you'll have to do an estimate.
5. we will be painting banner that will be used during CCA drive so do come and help out after class/during break if you've got no friends. hehee. we MUST finish the banner by THIS FRIDAY.
6. be prepared to pay about 15 dollars for the camp shirt. until you pay up will you get your shirts :D
7. logistics will have to know what to get in mind already. when we have the confirmed number of people then you will have to order immediately okay!

i'll take it that everyone is staying over and will be present on all 3 days. whoever can't make it, please tell me by this friday! i will brief the games IC on the games again and then games IC will pass it on to the station masters, so if you dont' understand the written instructions it's okay! alrightyy. that should be all for now. please check the blog regularly from now till camp. but i'll let you all know when there is an update. thanks a bunch!
