Seniors of Canoe Sprint Team. Guys And Girls.
The upcoming Month of June will be a month with two competitions taking place on the same day, and same time.
There is NOT much time left.
Shucks, IVP tentative date as stated might also be during June, organised by NP. We Better be mentally prepared !
Upcoming weeks are gonna be tough. Juggling schoolwork, family and the stress to do well for the competitions. Don't Give Up , Persevere ! Everyone's gonna be on the same boat together, including the year 3s.
Those who feel that his/her individual strengths in rowing and physical work is not good enough, i must say that , its really really the time to do something about it.
There's still a month left to these competitions, One. A Nation wide Competition whereby all the JCs, Unis and National Team will be taking part, the other, a competition solely organised by our own school .
This is definitely no easy feat, so time to wake up Team. Time To Peak up already, bit by bit.
Yeehwee, Samuel , Get Well soon and come back ! You two got an important and huge role to play in the team .

It'll be on the 21st and 22nd of June @ Marina Barrage , 9am-5pm.
Distance : 500m only
Boat Categories : K1,K2,C1 (Men) . K1,K2(Women)
-National Canoeing Championship
Same thing, 21st and 22nd of June @ Macritchie Reservoir
Distance : 10km, 500m, 1000m, 200m
Boat Categories - K1,K2,C1,C2,K4
Like i said earlier on, now is the time for you people to think of what boat category in what competition you would wish to join. Further Discussion will be held to finalize the result asap.
Just a heads up, Canoeists joining the IWF at Marina Barrage will be moving down to kallang , most likely arranged in two-three weeks time to train there.
Arrangement will be made with Coach, to give training plans/make trips down to train the respective IWF and NCC teams.
Ideally , for both competitions, Would be 2 boats per event.
So guys, you know what to expect for the next few weeks.
Spend some time to hit the gym during your free time/set your alarm clocks and wake up for Morning row. [ Applies to myself too]
-Training plans for Morning row , pleaseee message coach and execute it effectively.
-Gym Plans during your free time, do message me and ask me.
Compulsory trainings for Tues,Thurs,Wed,Sat and Sunday, make it a point to turn up unless there is a valid reason. But still, do try to minimise all these reasons please.
Same Ground Rules apply for Morning Water Training.

Late for >10mins = Pushups. 15mins> You Can Go home Straight.
Camp's Over ,No Funny Shit, Serious Business . Lets all train doubly hard!
