Hello Team.

The Annual Poly 50 is here again. It'll be on the 29th of July 2009. Which falls on a Wednesday.
A brief Overview :
1) 50 laps around the 600-metre circuit on campus
2) 3 change-overs are allowed at certain points.
3) Each runner runs about 200 metres. However a runner may continue without passing the lap card.
4) Women runners must run the lst,10th, 20th, 30th, 40th and 50th lap.

10 runners, ( 7 Males, 3 girls ) to participate in it. Running together as Team Singapore Polytechnic Canoeing Team.
Of course, before we proceed with anything, WHOSE INTERESTED !?
Whoever is interested , do leave your BIG Name on the tagboard.
AS SOOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE! closing date : 15th July 2009
and Do take note , it only opens to Year 2s and Year 3s Sprint/ Polo Seniors.
Training for it is a MUST because its no easy feat.
Participants will still train together with everyone though. There's no split training or whatsoever.
