1 star course (juniors) LATEST UPDATES!
Wednesday, July 15, 2009

Hi juniors listen up,

Here are the updates.

1) The first group will meet at Kallang MRT control station at latest 730am. Seniors will be present to bring you to the kallang water sports centre. Ben Loncle, your sprint Assistant Quarter Master, will be incharged.

The second group will meet at Kallang MRT control station at latest 1pm. Jeff, your sprint vice-captain, will be incharged.

2) Please take notice that for those who were deemed unqualifed (by the 1 star coaches) to pass on Saturday's 1 star course training, will have to go for a second training on Sunday, 19th july. Note that you will have to pay extra charges for that. Timing for Sunday will be decided on Saturday itself. So please try to do well for the course to prevent such extra effort needed.

3) Just for your information, those who do not know how to swim, literally, please understand that you may be barred from taking the course. This is how it goes, the coaches may test if you can swim by providing you with a lifevest and swim, maybe say 50m. Please try your best to just simply swim that distance, or else they have the right to stop you from taking the course as it would be unsafe to do so.

4) There are bathing facilities at Kallang, so please bring your extra set of clothes. Kallang water is quite dirty, so do bath after the activity. IMPT!
