Participants who are taking part in LNP this sunday, please take note of who's your senior in charge and ensure you have obtained your senior's number so that if you have any enquiry looking for your group the day itself please contact them.

Shift 1 : LNP womens.
Reporting time: 7am

Shift 2: LNP mens (flagging off time: 9.50am)
Reporting time: 8.40am

Shift 3: LNP mens (flagging off time: 11.25am)

Ez Link Card / ADMIN CARD (compulsory) - needed for registration
Ps. Please have something like first before coming for the race, too eat too much uh!

LNP - Singles ; 8km run and 5km kayak

T2 doubles route.
