
This will be the Training schedule for each and everyone of you all , Guys And Girls During the 6 weeks vacation,
You are supposed to follow accordingly to this training schedule and turn up for both the Canoe Polo & Canoe Sprint training held at the Swimming Pool and Kallang respectively. There is no such thing as going for One side 's Training ONLY !
Please Plan well ahead and manage your time well if you plan to work during the holidays.
A Good attendance would be expected , Should you be unable to attend the trainings, Please inform the Seniors/Captains of the Respective sides beforehand.
Compulsory Trainings for both Water And Land are A MUST to turn up and optional trainings on your own accord.
The Seniors will be preparing you guys to more exposure to both Canoe Polo And Sprint and to prepare you guys for the upcoming Round Ubin Marathon, 22km.
if there are any queries, please approach your seniors/captains.

//p.s take note that this full training schedule will come into effect right after the Canoe Polo National Champs , 13th Sept 09. For now, Canoe Sprint trainings will come into effect according to the time stated in the above schedule from next week onwards, except for this Saturday. All Juniors are to report @ Kallang this Sat @ 830am for your core Sprint training. Please have your breakfast before coming. This early dismissal is due to the supporting the Canoe Polo Nat Champs after lunch.
Polo training will start effectively on Monday, 7th Sept for the week. and the following week back to its core and optional training on Mondays , Saturdays and Sundays.
