Welcome back! Hope you guys had push hard for the MST week. Now are the holidays, we all need to work together to train hard and train smart.
For the next 2 weeks,
1. All Year 1s, report at Kallang Water Sport Centre @ 9am for your core water training. Please contact Year 2s seniors or those who came for training today [130610], if you don’t know how to get there.
2. Polo side; IVP is in August 2010, please train hard and fully utilized these 2 weeks to catch up.
3. Sprint side; refer to schedule posted on the blog for our holiday training plan.
4. All seniors, we will be opening the gym earlier on Tuesdays @ 4pm. Please make use of the gym to catch up what you have missed or for extra training.
